S&E Doggy Days
A dog walking business in Aberdare. Bookings, customer details and payments were spread across messages, notes and memory. Now it all runs from one website and one app.

The website
A friendly, mobile-first website covering services, prices, the area they cover, their vaccination policy and how to get started. The enquiry form emails both owners straight away.
The business app
- Bookings: today's walks, the week ahead, and repeat bookings
- Customers and dogs: contact details, vet, vaccinations and notes
- Invoices: created from walks, marked paid, overdue at a glance
- Planner: each owner shows the days they can work
Customer logins
After a meet and greet, customers are invited by email. They book and cancel walks, update their dog's details, see invoices, and watch walks live. They only ever see their own information.
GPS walk tracking
The app records each walk on the phone's GPS, even locked in a pocket, with a "recording" notification. Owners see the route on a street map, how long it took and photos of their dog. Try the demo.
Looked after behind the scenes
Every Sunday evening the whole system is backed up, encrypted and stored safely. Logins are protected, staff and customer data are kept apart, and the running costs are close to zero.
