Tap to price
Your usual materials are already in the app with their prices. Tap what you need, add days of labour and fuel, and the quote builds as you walk round.
A pricing app for any trade: plumbers, electricians, builders, joiners, painters and more. Tap the materials and days as you walk round the job and the quote builds itself. When the customer says yes, it becomes an invoice that is ready to send.
This is a working copy of the job screen. We have used a painter's materials as the example, but the app works the same way for any trade. Tap around: nothing is saved or sent.
Demo only. The materials are an example (a painter's list) and the prices are based on typical online shelf prices. The business is made up. In the real app you choose your trade and set your own materials and prices, so every quote uses what you actually charge.

Pick your trade, whether plumber, electrician, plasterer, tiler, joiner, builder or painter, and start from a ready-made list. Then rename, add and remove anything so it matches how you work, or start with an empty list for any other trade.
Type a material and the app looks for shelf prices from shops. Pick one, or type your own trade price. A price only changes when you choose it.
When a customer accepts, the quote turns into an invoice that is ready to send. Edit it, add a deposit or VAT, then send it by email, WhatsApp or text, or save it as a PDF.
A calendar for quote visits and booked work, with as many visits a day as you need. One morning notification lists everything you have on that day.
Works on iPhone and Android and can sit on your home screen like any other app. Your prices, quotes and invoices stay on your phone. If you switch on morning reminders, the text of each reminder (customer name, address and time) is also kept on our server so it can be sent.
These are planned for after launch. They are not available yet.
A "Request a quote" form on your own website sends each enquiry straight into the To quote list in the app, ready to schedule. Customers could also open a quote or invoice online and accept it with one tap.
NextForge can build you the website too, so the website and the app work as one.
Websites and prices →If you already keep your books in Xero or QuickBooks, an optional add-on will send your invoices across for you, so you do not type them in twice.
It will cost extra, and the price will be confirmed before it is offered. The app works fully without it.
Not yet. An early version is being tested. Register your interest and you will hear first when it opens.
The price is not set yet and will be confirmed before launch. We will not charge anything until you have seen it and agreed.
No. Shelf prices from shops can differ from your trade price and can change. That is why you always choose a price or type your own.
No. It is for any trade that prices jobs on site. The painter in the demo is only an example. Every material, price and rate in the app can be changed to suit your trade.
Tell us your trade and we will keep you posted. There is no obligation, and we will only use your details to reply about the app.
